Jwala is action drama based movie in which, Chiranjeevi played dual roles in this movie as brothers Raju (chiru) and Yuvaraj (chiru) are brothers and sons of SP Chakravarthi. Sarvothama Rao and his son are indulged in smuggling and other illegal activities.During an attempt to catch their sumggled goods, one of their main henchmen is shot dead by Chakravarthi. Sarvottama rao plans to take revenge on chakravarti by trapping his son. Yuvaraj is already in love with with Bhanupriya. Meanwhile, Raju saves an innocent girl Janaki (radhika), from the clutches of those smugglers and marries her.Sarvothama Rao kills Basawaraj and traps Raju into this murder. This period fantasy is a tale about a good general Angar (Chandramohan) who is corrupted by ambition. Echoing 'Macbeth', the loyal Angar is told by the witch Kuntala (Ashalata) that his king (Bulbule) shall die and that he shall be king instead. Angar then kills that king and seizes power. Departing from 'Macbeth', Angar's wife Mangala (Ratnaprabha) and his friend Tarang (Chandrakant) do not approve and they eventually join forces with the people against Angar.

Shiva works in a company and is in love with the owner's daughter. His boss is a corrupt man who eventually traps and blames Shiva for all the frauds carried out by him and his crooked friends.

Suresh's (Sanjeev Kumar) wife dies due to some illness leaving behind her mother (Durga Khote) and two children, Chunnu and Munni. Time passed kids grow older. Durga Khote wants Suresh to get married again but Suresh hesitates. Khote's Brother wants his daughter (Bindu) to marry Suresh as he has lot of wealth. But Suresh does not like her. Meanwhile, Munni and Chuunu's teacher goes on month tour leaving behind temporary teacher Nirmala (Sharda).
